We start off with a 60 minute pre-program creation consultation, where we address all your needs and goals, and I also assist you in some goal creation/habit formation tools if necessary to help with motivation, and to ensure the program is exactly what you’re after.
After that I go away and create and design your program, which may include some strengthening and rehabilitative work, but may also include aerobic and/or dance specific exercise if that’s what aligns with your goals. I break it all down in an 8 week periodised schedule for you (this helps ensure adaptation and progress instead of burnout!). I also offer tracking and accountability for the duration of your program, if that’s something that would help you.
I then deliver the program and schedule to you in PDF format with written explanations of everything and video links for the majority of exercises. Within 2 weeks of receiving the program, we meet again for 30 minutes to discuss how it’s going, and then I make any modifications necessary to help with your goals.
